Social commitment
We take an active role in the communities in which we operate.
In 2024, TPS Group renewed its contribution to the D.i.Re Association, which brings together 87 Italian organizations, managing 106 anti-violence centres and more than 60 shelters, and supporting around 21,000 women every year.
TPS Group disapproves all forms of violence and actively supports D.i.Re, helping to raise awareness of male violence against women and to provide concrete assistance to victims.
In 2024, two training sessions were organized for all employees in collaboration with D.i.Re, with the goal of increasing awareness on this issue.
Additional initiatives and employee engagement activities are planned for 2025, further reinforcing the Group's role in promoting social values and respect.
